Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our designated UK warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery and provide us with the tracking information.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
