Hochiki Dummy Smoke Detector

A dummy detector to maintain loop continuity during maintenance and commissioning. Allows the system wiring to be verified whilst building work is still being carried out. The unit also protects the functionality of detectors and bases at risk from the ingress of dust and dirt during fire alarm detection system installation. Once the zone has been tested and approved, the dummy detector head must be replaced with an appropriate smoke detector for life/property protection.
