HD Series, Flangefit, 430 Grade Stainless Steel Blades Extended Spindle

HD Series Air Control Dampers are designed for use in HVAC systems where high air pressures and velocities are involved.

The construction of the HD series dampers ensures smooth airflow with minimal pressure drop where large sizes are required, making it an ideal choice in air handling units and larger applications like data centres.

Available with rectangular, circular and flat oval spigotfit or flangefit, with various blade options to suit requirements. Manual or motorised control available to suit application.

Suitable for velocities up to 20 m/s and duct Pressure to 2000 Pa, conforming to DW144 and Eurovent 2/2 classes A-C.

The HD Series Air Control Damper, is available with square or rectangular flanged or spigotted connections and features a 100mm wide extruded aluminium control blade or precision rolled galvanised/stainless steel mono rib blade.

Suitable for velocities up to 20 m/s and duct Pressure to 2000 Pa, conforming to DW144 and Eurovent 2/2 classes A-C. Control is either manual, specified Belimo actuators, or extended spindle control, allowing on-site conversion without special tools.

Flanged single section sizes from 100mm x 100mm up to 2380mm x 2000mm with single drive mechanism. Spigotted single section sizes from 100mm x 100mm up to 2400mm x 2000mm case sizes single drive. Circular spigotted single section sizes from 100mm dia up to 1422mm dia one drive. Multiple section spigot square/rectangular dampers available either for site assembly or factory assembled.

Blade options in either aluminium extruded profile or rolled mono rib blade in galvanised or stainless steel (430 or 316)
