The HAVA 400V is a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery unit delivering balanced supply and extract ventilation for dwelling applications. It features advanced EC brushless motor technology, a highly efficient counterflow heat exchanger to maximise thermal recovery, an LCD Display control unit with Modbus-enabled controls to enhance user comfort, simplify operation, and integrate seamlessly with wider building management systems.

The HAVA 400V is an ideal solution for improving indoor air quality, reducing CO₂ levels, and helping prevent condensation and mould, protecting both the building and occupant health.

Designed for vertical installation, with performance ideal for larger residential settings. The unit uses a high-efficiency heat exchanger to recover heat from the extract air, transferring this energy to the incoming air to maintain a comfortable indoor environment with reduced energy demand.

Quiet operation makes the HAVA 400V perfectly suited for installation in larger residential dwellings.

Features and Benefits

  • Easy to install due to the included fixing brackets for wall mounting with configurable left or right duct connections from and to outside for simpler duct runs.

  • Simplified electric wiring due to being supplied pre-cabled for easy connection with Remote multifunctional controller, suitable for wall installation, provided with touch buttons to select functionalities and LCD Display for monitoring of the operation and alarms of the unit.

  • Quick change ISO Coarse 60% (G4) filters easily removable for cleaning. ISO ePM1 60% filter (F7) on request.
  • Automatic anti-frost protection to prevent frost building up on the exhaust side of the heat exchanger.
  • Integral automatic bypass for free cooling during the summer season with two drainage holes to meet climate requirements.

  • Outer panels manufactured from powder coated galvanised sheet steel finished in white RAL 9010 with main internal body manufactured from EPP (expanded polypropylene) providing reduced sound emissions, maximised air tightness and thermal insulation.
  • Backward curved centrifugal impellers are dynamically balanced and directly driven by the EC motors to provide a smooth airflow through the unit.
  • The unit is designed for continuous running with highly efficient EC motors, with integral thermal protection and sealed for life high quality ball bearings.
  • Highly efficient counterflow heat exchanger to maximise thermal recovery and fitted with ISO Coarse 60% (G4) filters as standard.
  • IPX4 protection degree.

  • Units are tested in our TÜV Rheinland accredited internal laboratory according to the operating document IEC OD 2048 (level CTF1) for the IEC 60335-1 and IEC 60335-2-80 Standards, providing accurate, up to date information on electrical safety, performance and noise. PCDB and SAP Q listed underpinning compliance with Building regulations.
